terrible service and bad attitude of staff

my huawei LTEadvance router suddenly stopped working. i took it into the telkommobile eastgate branch and the staff i was referred to just took the device and started testing it.he then just wrote down the address of Tirisano Cellular and said i must take it there. he had extremely terribly communication and when i called Tirisano cellular they say that telkom must book it in, i need my router to be working and it is still under warranty.i cant be sent from place to place trying to sort this out. my email address is [Email Removed]
