Terrible Service All Round

Where to start?

*********** staff, rude, unwilling to help, time wasters etc etc.

I had to take 5 days leave. On day 5 I arrived with every single document they told me bring. The previous 4 times I went there it was always a different story.

When I got there on day 5 the next "consultant" told me that the documents I brought were not required at all. So 5 days of leave for now reason.

I was there to downgrade my contract, after getting all the offers on the table (about a 15min exercise) they told me that I will have to continue paying my current contract and the new one.

My questions is, why not tell me that from the very beginning? Now I lost 5 days leave.

I can't wait to stop doing business with this totally useless company.
