terrible service all round

to whom it may concern,<br> <br> i have never ever experienced such terrible service in my life, i have been **** to by a telkom technician and also mislead by horrible customer service, our line has been off for a year and still nothing has been done, and the technician handling our query now only makes empty promises, i will NEVER EVER EVER EVER recomend this **** service nor company to anyone...ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE, NOT EVEN YOUR EMAILS YOU SUBMIT GETS ANSWERED NOTHING ITS A MIRACLE TELKOM IS STILL RUNNING
