Terrible service

I am fuming with Telkom,my contracts are coming to an end and i have been trying to call to cancel but i think they just do it delibarately so that they will still deduct my money even after my contract ends cause i did not cancel it. I called their call centre and they just take me to pillar and post.they tell me i should do it on the telkom portal when they know exactly that there is no option for calculations but only for upgrates.

I just hope for their sake they cancel my contract and not deduct after my contract end next month. Their service is terrible and i would not recommend it to anyone.
