Terrible Service

I cancelled my contract months ago, I even received a email confirmation stating the outstanding balance that will be deducted at the end of June, I agreed by responding and confirming that I wanted to continue with the cancellation.

Nothing came off and at the end of June - I emailed the guy again and I have received no feedback as to whether the account is still open or any feedback regarding why the funds where not deducted.

I am terribly upset with this service I have received! I need someone to call me ASAP.
