Terrible service

I've had Telkom contracts for about 6 years now, mobile and home wifi. Both contracts ended this month but I'm struggling to cancel the service. The website keeps taking me in circles and this message pops up after entering account details: "An unexpected error occurred while retriving customer details. Please try again later". Looks like they don't even respond on Hellopeter.
