Terrible service

I went to Carlton centre to renew or upgrade my contract which I took the honor 400 lite double deal which was R739 per month.

To my surprise Telkom deducted R1239 from my account which is for the old contract

Secondly in received a statement that I owe R1868 I never agreed to this amount at all the deal that was on the pamphlet was R739 for both phones
