Terrible service

I have been cut from my fibre. Tried the app to get someone to call me and all they do is call and hang up before even talking. This has happened 5 times now. My latest statement says I have until the 26 of March to pay my small outstanding bill yet I received a message saying you have been disconnected. All round terrible and **** service, still haven't spoken to anyone!
