TERRIBLE SERVICE

I phoned into you call centre wanting to upgrade my contract and i received terrible service from your consultant Thabile Dlamini. The consultant was monotone, not willing to assist from the onset even when i asked her of how she was doing. She had no excitement at all. I had patience with her but she had the energy to argue with me to a point where i couldnt take it any longer and i hung up the line. I regret having called in today and i am even considering to cancel my contract with you if this is the level of service i am going to receive everytime when i call for assistance. My ID number is *** if you can please request that a more kind ,enthusiastic consultant with more willingness to assit and call me back and help me i would be very happy. Thanks
