Terrible Service

I've recently signed up for a Telkom Fibre service and everything that could go wrong went wrong - incorrect billing, incorrect package loaded, no username & password issued, unable to activate a complementary Amazon Prime Video subscription...

It's worse ISP service provider I've ever had to deal with, their customer support has absolutely no idea or knowledge of their products & services.
