Terrible service

Client service at telkom is terribly shocking. They decided not to debit my account, for reasons I don't know of. Then they suspended my account, and I've been trying to get of them for the past week, when someone eventually answers, they hang up on you and don't bother calling you back. And you can't get hold of them again. So disappointed at telkom.
