Terrible Service

Telkom keeps on suspending my services where as my account has a credit, I am really ****ed off with their terrible service. When I called them yesterday midday they said my account will be operational within 2 hours but even now is still not working. They don't take time to threaten people that they will list them but they take time to provide a service. I left them a message to call me but still no communication. I will not recommend telkom to anyone, stay away!
