Terrible service

I am highly ****ed at Telkom. They keep taking my debit order before my debit order date and when I try and correct this by reversing it they want to charge me extra for reversing it. When I try call them to rectify what they have done no one can ever help me. Never ever use Telkom. I have only heard bad things about them and now experience the same ****. This has been happening since December last year.
