Terrible service 90% reviews is negative

Shocking to see all the negative reviews compared to the positive for Telkom not a very good business I have been a long standing client and was in hospital for 5 months but kept my payments up to date only to discover Telkom handed 1 months non payment which I was unaware of to a collection agency without giving me time to correct as I was unaware disgusting will not be supporting them again I have contracts with Vodacom as well and no issues
