Terrible service

I tried to call the telkom cresta branch this morning and was advised that I need to call the call center in order to get transferred to the branch. I called the call center twice and both times I was advised that they can't transfer calls. How hard can it be to get hold of a branch?? I am frustrated with Telkom service.
