Terrible service!!!

My internet has been off for 2 weeks now! When i call for feedback no one can assist me. They tell me what options i need to press and when i do so the pathetic agent tells me they can't help i must choose the correct option. When i tell them i did the correct option they drop the call. This happend three times. On the app it says its an outage in the area but its taking them 2 weeks to fix it. Im paying for no service and therefore need to buy data to use and they wont refund me for that or give a discount for the service thats not there. Worst mistake to get a contract from telkom. Will definitely cancel my line and phones with them!!!!
