Terrible service

I’m extremely disappointed with Telkom. I have been with them for years but this is my last day. I finished paying all their Cellphone contracts and the only thing that I had with them was Device insurance. Yes it was in arrears because I had requested to cancel the product which they gave me a run around with, no they put me on arrears with the bureau FOR DEVICE INSURANCE!!!! Ruining my credit score for something that not mandatory. I will take this further
