TERRIBLE SERVICE

I have a cell-phone insurance cover with you which is a mission to get cancelled.

I have been calling since last year November 2019 to get it cancelled, IT IS NOW 2020 and still having the same problem! THIS IS UNFAIR!!! I finally got through to a guy who advised that the system is offline and won’t be able to assist with my request - no courtesy to take down my details and request a call back once up and running like any decent service provider would :(.

I have been calling to get this cancelled, sent an email and got no response. I just got off the phone now after holding for a very long time -STILL NO ASSISTANCE. PLEASE CANCEL THIS POLICY AS I DO NOT WANT IT ANYMORE!!!!
