Terrible service

I visited telkom service desk in maluti Cresent asking to increase my data deal from 40/ 40 to 80/80 but I was denied that as I'm on contract for 40/40. Instead I was advised to add another contract on top of what I already have and that didn't make any sense at all, even now I'm still surprised by the service provided there
