Terrible Service

This company has a terrible service, I have called them more than 19 times asking for assistance on lifting a suspension on my lines that I don't even know why it was enforced. Each time I call they tell me they have escalated the issue but rather I still can't use my data, make calls or send sms. this is very bad.
