Terrible Service

Telkom offered me an LTE solution and promised that I would get at least a 40meg service. The service hardly ever works at all. At best I get 15meg, but the average over the past two weeks is 0.5megs. The call centers advice is to switch off the router and remove and replace the sim card then reboot. Am I seriously supposed to do this 8 to 20 times a day? It does not make a difference anyway. Telkom should not be in business.
