Terrible service

Terrible service!! I have been in contact with Lindiwe Monyepau from Telkom who is meant to help me upgrade my business LTE account. She has given no feedback or communication for the last 3 weeks after numerous phone calls and emails apart from an excuse. I have never had such a bad experience from a company when wanting to UPGRADE!!
