Terrible Service

I'm utterly disappointed with the service that i have received from Telkom Alberton City Express , i went into the store to try and open a Business line and was assisted by Thando . I gave him all the required documents for the application he then informed me he would call within 3 days. A week passed with no call from him, I went back to the store requesting for an update and a reference number only for Thando to inform me that there is no reference number and that he would definitely call us back. Well to cut the long story short 3 weeks later and i still have not received a call from anyone from that store, we had to call the Telkom call centre to finally get proper assistance .The service from this store is repulsive and is a complete disgrace.
