TERRIBLE SERVICE

We placed an online order to have our 3 business landlines relocated - one month in advance - when moving day came Telkom only gave 1 order through to have the 1 line moved. And the Technician was such a rude and unprofessional person !!!!<br> <br> After numerous queries and fights and requests, Telkom finally sent a technician to complete the order. <br> <br> BUT then the lines were cut the following day by ANOTHER technician because he did not know that the lines were relocated. What the hell, Telkom ? <br> <br> You are fast enough to take our monies but when it comes to service delivery ..... very ****py indeed !!!
