Terrible service

I have been having trouble with my landline since August. This fault was logged numerous times. I have spoken to numerous call centre people, but no one can assist me. Today I discovered that Telkom has closed my query without bothering to come out. I have dealt with numerous extremely rude and highly *********** call centre people. Please can this problem be fixed
