Terrible service!!!

Telkom has the most rudest consultants you can find under the sun!!!! My first time with them and the experience has been TERRIBLE!!! Zamashozi whatever has surname is, just dropped the call now while talking to her , I got my phone in March and only started receiving the services in May , I was taken from pillar to post just for asking them to activate my new simcard, they transfer you to the next operator, when you get to the other side of the call the consultant will be telling you they don't know you were transferred to them because they don't work with that particular subject, jerrrr I hate every minute of it!!!
