Terrible service

I have been sending emails to 10213, to connect the service to my landline to forward my landline calls to my celphone. I only get a response that "it has been attended to." I have sent about 5 emails only this month and even asked to reapond properly, not with the usual it has been attended to. I only want a proper answer as to when thia will be done. And still i have no answers! This is pathetic!
