Terrible service

On the 2nd of October I went to telkom at Jabulani mall to do a simswap on my contract Sim card ,the Sim card isn't working even today ,this is my 3rd week now and I keep going to telkom to inform them about this but they keep making me do more Sim swaps every time I got there .I pay my contract every month but this is the service I get ,I am losing money now because i now have to buy data almost every day while I have data that I pay for every month
