Terrible service

I have spent almost 2hrs trying to find contact details for telkom mobile and each time I find a contact number they keep redirecting me to a whatsapp line which does not help me at all.

They have been adding to my bill for the past two months without reason and even when looked into now its 3x the amount. All I want is answers and requesting call backs is useless since no one ever does! I cant even view a statement for my current bill only for previous months so literally would take your money before giving reasoning.

Honestly I'm shocked at this procedure and how one has to struggle with a mobile service which has been claiming to be so good.
