Terrible service

Telkom and their employees are very pathetic, i ordered a phone three weeks only to find they gave the courier company incorrect delivery address,having gone back and fourth with an extreme attitude from all their stuff,being thrown around from one department to the next.i now have to wait another two weeks cause now the phone has been returned to telkom from the courier Mandisa Mlambo from the applications department is amongst the rude employees telkom has. Horrible service thus far
