TERRIBLE SERVICE

I want to log a formal complaint on the level of disgusting service i have just received from your call center consultant when i called in to enquire billing details on my account. The consultant was cold from the onset of the call and portrayed no willingness to assist. The staff member is arrogant and makes customers feel like she is doing them a favor by taking their call. Please address this behavior and i expect her to call and provide me the service i deserve. I want the same consultant to call me back and apologize for her insolence behavior. My ID is ***
