Terrible Service

Pathetic service! Full of excuses and no solutions. My line was suspended after making payment before it was due. Called in, and the agent was of no help in getting my line restored. I was told payment takes 24 hours to 72 hours to reflect???

Will definitely be cancelling with them as soon as possible.
