Terrible Service

I am Jodi. I have been waiting for my IPhone 6S Plus which was supposed to be repaired by Telkom. The phone was under warranty when I booked the phone in for repairs, all of a sudden Telkom deems the phone out of warranty and gives me a quote of which i rejected because I dont know how can a phone thats under warranty can be deemed out of warranty all of a sudden. I have been sending emails and calling both Bradian Logistics as well as telkom to confirm how far is the phone but no luck whatsoever. I would like the phone to be sent back to telkom so that i can make other arrangements to get the phone fixed. Both of these service providers suck at doing what they supposed to be doing but are very quick to debit our accounts.
