Terrible service

I called them so enquire about my WiFi and the consultants cut me off 5 times before I could get through to someone and once I did get through to someone they told me they can’t assist There’s a fault on their side and they won’t help only after 2 days they can assist I’m paying for the service but can’t even get access to it whilst it’s there fault this is terrible service and unacceptable
