Terrible Service

The worst customer service from any business I have ever encountered or heard of. Not only do they not deliver on the promise capabilities of their products but the process to resolve issues is a nightmare. From calling in to customers services and then redirected to go into store because for some unexplained reason it has to be resolved in store and once you go to one of their stores they say that that the issue needs to be resolved online. The line of help services and communication in that business is completely cluttered. I actual despise having to talk to someone from there because they can never give a clear understanding of what to do and waste so much of a person's time.
