TERRIBLE SERVICE

Very poor service.I needed a public static IP and i never got it ,the first agent that i spoke to said i need ADSL to run the static IP which we agreed on however the ADSL was installed but the static IP never came .I spoke to many agents and managers from customer care but none helped ,some never knew what a static IP is .I tried cancelling the service but i never got any response .Its been 5 months now and I'm still being billed for the service which is of no use.I went to the store to cancel they said i need to call customer care ,i called customer care they said i need to send an email which i did many times but there's no response ,What do i do now?
