Terrible Service

<p>I hae been sending emails to Alson Mathe requesting to speak to her superior regarding a dispute and she's blocking and refusing to let me speak to a superior, she's the manager at Telkom and it took me months to get a hold of a manager and now that I'm requesting someone superior to her she seems to be doing what everybody else at Telkom does which is to block customer from talking to senior management,,,,</p>
