Terrible service

I called 10210 to change my adsl services to Lte & the lady that processed my order did the job half way, i was without internet for 3 weeks & every time i called the call center i was told that they have a high call volume & cannot get into the system to check the progress of my order a consultant will call me back & 2 weeks passed by & nothing happened. Telkom is useless when it comes to service & the people that work there don’t know how to do their job, telkom is so unprofessional
