Terrible service

Telkom is really pathetic, I've had to wait for four months just to be refunded. Up until this very day I'm yet to receive any communication from you and your pathetic service. From the 23rd of May 2018, you still fail to refund me yet it was so easy for you savages to debit my account. I don't know what ****ery of a business you'll are running there, with all the dumb managers and agents i speak to on a daily basis trying to resolve an issue that no one understands. Is it that much of a complex process to refund a consumer? I await your response even if it takes another year to do so as you are very good at taking your sweet precious time.

A year later and I have not received my funds, we are now in 2019 and telkom are nowhere to be found when I attempt to contact them
