TERRIBLE SERVICE

Please note that your message was received on the 28th July 2017 and yet 3 days have passed & NO ONE has contacted us.
We are paying for a service that we unable to use since the 19th July 2017.
Numerous calls have been made,yet nothing has been done about it.
This is NOW unacceptable.
