Terrible Service

<p>I visited the Telkom Store in Clearwater on 6 July 2017 and saw Nobantu who said the order ********** 2 has gone to back office where I will be phoned in 2 days to finalize order it is now 7 days and nothing is happening.I phoned the call centre who are even more useless than the stores as they cannot pick up orders and the custoer's only contact with cancellations is by e-mail.(Still have not received a reply.)Though the person at the call centre said the procedure is to put order on,then send e-mail to department and once a reply the store contacts customer and says order is completed.So it seems to me that the Store personnel do not know what the procedure is. </p>
