Terrible service

I called to upgrade my telkom wifi from a 4MB to 8MB line on the 4th March 2019 and to date no one can assist. Every time I call I have to wait for over 30 mins just to hear someone tell me its escalated and I'll get a call back. I'm at the point of canceling everything with telkom
