terrible service

Telkom , your service is pathetic . Not only do your staff hardly know what they are doing , they give you the run around for weeks. One must still deal with your internal problems . This is the second time you’ve just switched off my phone service , due to you not debiting my account and when a manual payment is made , you take a month to allocate the payment ?! (This has been going on since January- I had no service for the whole month of February- again my phone has been off for two weeks now and you still haven’t allocated payment ) I’m still being billed for a service that has not been rendered and I’m having to pay a R200 penalty fee for your mistakes . I’ve been waiting for a week now for my phone to be switched on since payment . Please sort your problems out .
