Terrible service

on 25 Feb 2019 i app**** online for a Telkom Deal. It was part of their Chinese new year specials. I ordered the Huawei P Smart for R199.00 this included 2gb data and 100 min. on 26 Feb Telkom deducted the amount of R199.00 from my account for this special. Till today nothing from them. i phoned in just now only to hear the staff member entered a wrong code on the order therefore nothing has happened. i was told an e-mail was sent to the staff member to correct, only then when its done it will be able to proceed with the next step! 11 days to process an online order! only to find out it was done incorrectly as well! My goodness! what terrible service is this? Ref for the order - online TST164254. I want the phone before the weekend!!
