Terrible service.

Hey, I would just like to express on how terrible Telkom customer service is. I signed up for a cellphone contract the start of February (2019), it is the end of February (2019) but I did not receive my device, however they took their first payment towards the contract. When I call, I hang on the line for 20 minutes. I do not get any response from them... This really terrible.

I would not advise anyone to get a contract with Telkom in future.
