Terrible service

I settled my Telkom mobile contract over 5 months ago. only to few weeks back I noticed my account was not closed its still reflecting on my ITC report. I called the complaints department and I was advised that matter will be sorted in 7 days, until today I have not receive my paid up letter. the account is still reflecting on my ITC report. My ref number is ********** 9. my cell ********** 532.
