Terrible Service!

Really bad service! Parents went into the Cornobia Mall branch and they literally had bad attitudes and it seemed intentional! They did not help, but rather told the customer to learn instead of helping them. This is terrible, this occurred on 16 Dec 2018. I wouldn't advise anyone to go to this branch...basically their attitude stunk and refused to help in any way, which is the very basics of customer service. Please deal with the staff at this branch, who worked on that day! I referred my parents to Telkom but with this service they wanted to go back to Cell C! Never had service like this with Cell C...We have advised friends and family about this branch and you should probably close down this branch.
