Terrible service

App**** online 3 weeks ago, they where very quickly to call me back and set up everything, but for some reason that I don't know why they populated wrong address in their system. The technician came and could not configure any thing because he said the address has to be fixed first. Now I'm sitting at home with this router that i don't even know what to do with it and the way forward. Terrible service that I have encountered in my life!!!
