Terrible Service

Terrible Service Received by Telkom Mobile. I gave notice to Telkom (online) to cancel my contract. I specifically requested that my number remain as a PREPAID NUMBER. Telkom did not adhere to my instructions & terminated my number, without informing me. I have been querying this from last week , only to be told today that it takes 9 working days to rectify. I am fed up with the service received from Telkom Mobile. I will certainly NOT recommend Telkom mobile to anyone.
