Terrible Service

Simply trying to do a sim upgrade - I call 10213 - Telkom Sales (which takes almost an hour to get thro' to any one) once you get thro, they transfer you to Telkom support! which don't deal with upgrades...

I have been ping ponged between these two for 2 days now!! Totally unacceptable...

When I request the number / email of the complaints department, no one knows....its like it doesn't exist!!

Clearly they either haven't got a clue what their job entails.. or they simply just lazy!!
